It needs to achieve the corresponding thickness (the thickness of the gel coat layer is not less than 0.3mm), high hardness and toughness, and good bending hardness (Not less than 250Mpa), good surface smoothness.

　　Reminder: Some cooling tower manufacturers want to save costs, not only the poor quality of the selected materials, the shell is prone to ageing, cracks, and fading, and the shell is thick and thin, and the hardness is not good. The round tower can exhibit excessive vibration, which makes the application of the cooling tower. The service life is greatly shortened.

　　2. The metal frame should be high-quality rigid material, and the anti-corrosion treatment skills should be timely, and only with the load-bearing and corrosion resistance.

　　Reminder: The steel used for cooling tower should be high-quality steel of national standard. Except stainless steel, other steels need to be well hot-dip galvanized. The galvanized layer is required to be well-proportioned and fine, but the quality of steel used by some cooling tower manufacturers is poor. 　　4. The motor has good insulation resistance, good startability and firm operation. Regarding the direct-connected cooling tower without a reducer, the commonly used motor should be a motor with a higher number of stages (the latest quotation is more expensive), which has a relatively low speed and stable operation.

　　5. The fan requires effective structural design, low wind resistance, large air volume, low noise, light weight, and high work efficiency.

　　6. The cooling capacity meets.

　　Reminder: Some manufacturers' product operating standards are significantly inconsistent with the instructions in the instruction manual. The operating volume of the tower is obviously small, which is a typical cut-off. Even if this type of tower uses a high-power, high-speed rotating motor to increase the air volume of the fan, A good heat-reducing effect cannot be achieved. Together, the speed ratio of the fan is too fast, which not only reduces the application period of the fan and the motor, but also easily generates severe water droplets flying outside.

　　7. The total flow should be judged according to the operation requirements of the equipment. If it is too small, it cannot achieve the expected heat reduction effect, and if it is too large, it will generate excess power waste. Regarding the square tower, in the case of large tonnage, considering from the perspective of operational stability and energy saving, multiple fans should be installed in parallel.

　　8. The overall design of the cooling tower is scientific and reasonable. On the premise of ensuring excellent heat dissipation (heat reduction), the appearance design should be smooth, smooth, and non-fading, which is conducive to maintenance.

　　9. During on-site inspections, you should not only focus on a single sample project, but do all the research and understanding of the overall quality of the product.
