Special remind: cooling towers using steel shall be the national standard of high quality steel, in addition to stainless steel material, need to have very good hot dip galvanized processing other steel, the galvanized layer uniform requirements, but some of the poor quality of cooling tower steel used by the manufacturer (thin), and galvanized processing does not reach the designated position, the cooling tower parts damaged by corrosion in advance.
3) the packing should be selected with high quality P.V.C/P.P material with strong anti-ultraviolet and anti-chemical corrosion, and the corrugated design is scientific, so as to achieve uniform distribution of airflow and water flow on the surface and high heat exchange efficiency.
Special reminder: the quality of different packing prices are quite different, inferior packing aging brittle crack speed is very fast, difficult to use the second cleaning.
4) The insulation level of the motor is good, the starting ability is good, and the operation is reliable. For the direct-connected cooling tower without reduction box, the motor used should be the motor of higher series (more expensive), which has a low speed and smooth operation.
5) The fan requires reasonable structure design, small wind resistance, large air volume, low noise, light weight and high efficiency.

Special reminder: the actual size of some manufacturers' products is obviously inconsistent with the specification, and the actual volume of the tower is obviously small, which is a typical act of jerry-building. Even if the tower adopts high-power and high-speed motor to increase the exhaust air volume of the fan, it is difficult to achieve good cooling effect. At the same time, the speed of the fan is too fast, which will not only shorten the service life of the fan and the motor, but also easily cause serious water droplets flying outside.
7) The flow rate selection should be determined according to the actual needs of the equipment. If it is too small, the expected cooling effect cannot be achieved; if it is too large, it will be unnecessary
Energy waste. For the square tower, in the case of large tonnage, from the perspective of operation stability and energy saving, it is appropriate to choose multi-fan and install type.
8) The overall design of the cooling tower is scientific and reasonable. Under the premise of ensuring good heat dissipation (cooling), it should be smooth in appearance, good gloss, non-fading, and easy to repair.
