Three. Curing degree: the curing degree of unsaturated polyester resin FRP is not less than 80%, and the curing degree of epoxy resin FRP is not less than 90%.
4. Fans: fan characteristics parameters should meet the requirements of design conditions, its main accessories (such as motor, reducer, etc.) should meet the relevant technical provisions.
5. Fan blade: metal fan blade surface should be clean, no cracks, gaps, burrs and other defects. The surface of FRP fan blade should be smooth and uniform in all sections. The diameter of bubbles visible on the surface should not be greater than 3mm. The number of bubbles should not exceed 3 for every 100mm area. Be aware of local enhancement when connecting.
6. Forming process environmental conditions of FRP parts: the room temperature is more than 15℃ and the relative humidity is less than 80%.
VII. FRP bending strength: the bending strength of unsaturated polyester resin FRP shall not be less than 147MPa(1500kgf/cm2), and the bending strength of epoxy resin FRP shall not be less than 196MPa(2000kgf /cm2).
