The difference between three forms of closed cooling towers
Closed cooling towers can be divided into counterflow closed cooling towers, cross flow closed cooling towers, and composite flow closed cooling towers (also known as mixed flow).
A. The intake form of a counter current closed cooling tower is bottom counter current intake, which forms saturated humid and hot air opposite to the falling water spray (Feng Shui counter current). The heat is discharged from the top fan, and the water is recycled in the water tank through a specially designed dehydrator. There is no pre cooling heat dissipation filler in the internal space, which increases the unit heat dissipation area of the coil. The structure is compact and occupies a small area. Especially suitable for fluid cooling with low temperature or small temperature difference.
B、 Cross flow closed cooling tower, horizontal intake! The coil mainly relies on heat conduction, and the important characteristic of this operating principle is that it is most likely to suppress the formation of scale on the outer wall of the coil. Especially suitable for cooling high-temperature fluids or fluids with large cooling temperature differences.
C、 The composite closed cooling tower is named after the mixing of water spray and hot air direction. The water spray flows from top to bottom, and the wind is divided into two ways. Some of the cold air flows from top to bottom, and some enters horizontally. It exchanges heat with the lower water spray through the filling material, reducing the water spray temperature.
