1. Clean the cooling tower:
The cooling tower should be inspected carefully and routinely to understand the specific situation of water leakage, and determine the location and distance of the grouting hole. To clean and tidy the scope of the engineering construction, the analytes from the concrete surface must be removed to ensure that the surface is tidy.
Use punching equipment to drill pressure relief holes around the hole. The drill hole diameter is 14mm, the drilling angle should be ≦45°, the drilling depth should be less than 2/3 of the structure thickness, and the hole should be penetrated diagonally into the main leakage hole. But do not punch through the structure, because the dust in the hole will automatically clean the equipment and be tidy because of the large moving water. For slow seepage of the wall, plum blossom holes are drilled on the seepage surface. Use cleaning equipment to clean the grouting hole of the equipment until the overflow of the grouting hole is clear, then follow-up work can be carried out.
3. bury your mouth:
Observe the working pressure of the main leakage hole. When the water flow is too fast and the working pressure is low, you can use a quick-drying plugging agent to bury the grouting water-stop needle, (according to the specific construction situation of the project, it can also be driven into a wooden wedge and then sealed with a quick-drying plugging agent After the structure is stable, drill the wooden wedge again and install the expansion water stop needle). When the structure achieves the corresponding strength and there is no water leakage, the other drain holes are respectively installed with expansion water stop needles and tightened with a special Allen wrench, so that there is no gap between the grouting nozzle and the punch hole and no water leakage. Expansion water stop needles have also been installed on the wall for slow seepage. Install 25CM, 10CM, and 8CM water stop needles at the leaking points in different positions, so that the grouting can be completely dense from the deep to the surface. Block any holes and gaps.
Use a high-pressure grouting machine to test the pressure and not exceed the pressure range of the concrete structure. Pour chemical grout into the grout hole. Single holes are continuously carried out one by one. When the adjacent holes begin to produce grouting, ensure the working pressure for 3~5 minutes, then stop the grouting of this hole and inject the adjacent grouting holes. After all holes are filled, return to the previous grouting hole and grouting again to ensure that the working pressure is increased. The sequence of wall grouting is from bottom to top; after any hole is filled, it will also be filled with the previous grouting hole.
5. Remove the mouth:
24 hours after the grouting is completed, the exposed grouting nozzle can be removed or knocked out after confirming that it does not leak. Clean and tidy the cured overflow grout.
Use leak-proof cement-based permeable crystalline pressure-resistant sealant to carry out full blockage or use rigid RG material to improve the protective layer, and use polymer JS waterproof coating to apply three times to make the surface waterproof solution.
