How to deal with the noise of cooling tower
1. Specific measures for noise reduction of fans

(5) The gap between the outer edge of the blade and the shell should be constant, otherwise unbalanced oscillation will occur and periodic pulsating noise will occur. Therefore, the radial runout of the outer edge should be controlled.
The end face of the wind blade should be in the same level, otherwise it will form the cause of turbulent noise.

Three, set the sound barrier
In the cooling tower noise control project, the sound barrier is a common concrete measure to reduce the noise. But using a sound barrier around a cooling tower presents a series of challenges. Here are three things to keep in mind:
(1) In general, improving the sound barrier will affect the conventional air supply of cooling towers and the actual effect of cooling, which depends on whether the cooling tower used originally is set aside a rich volume, or it should be used with caution.
(2) cooling tower sound barrier in general, only one edge can be set, and only L-shaped layout can be set at most. If the noise affects a wide range of residents, the actual effect of setting the barrier is not ideal.
The high and wide area of the cooling tower sound barrier is generally very large, and most of the assembly is in a high place, see the wind pressure, the construction should consider whether the original building is strong, there is no assembly location.
Four, add silencer
Adding the muffler into the exhaust pipe will also affect the actual effect of natural ventilation, so the muffler in addition to the muffler volume provisions, natural ventilation resistance to be small.
