Moreover, the hot air after the heat exchange in the cooling tower is drawn out from the top to achieve a good cooling function. It can also be said that the operation of the fan can ensure sufficient heat exchange between low-temperature gas and hot water on the filler, and ensure the cooling effect of the cooling tower.

　　In that way, how is the cooling tower fan installed and maintained?

　　1. Before installation and use, it should be tested whether it is damaged or deformed due to packaging and transportation. If there is damage or deformation, install and use the application after repairing.

　　2. Then check whether the parts and screws are loose, whether the blades and the air duct collide or shift with each other. If they collide or shift, they should be adjusted before they can be installed and used.

　　3. After installation and use, a test machine should be carried out, and the online application should be carried out after the cooling tower fan is operating normally.

　　4. When the fan is placed for a long time and used again, solve the problem that the cooling tower fan should be tested and run. If there is no abnormal situation, it can be applied online.

　　5. After the fan is installed and used, the wiring should be sealed to prevent leakage of the wiring and cause short circuit damage to the cooling tower motor.
