1. Pay attention to the water filling amount for closing the cooling tower in summer
The climate in summer is warming, and the self watering evaporation is slightly higher than in winter. The maintenance and timely moisturizing of stainless steel sinks have slightly improved.
2. Check the moisture on the nozzle fabric
Closed cooling towers generally use faucet fabrics. If the nozzle position in the cooling tower is blocked or disconnected, the water distribution will be asymmetric. Compared with cooling towers, it is very important to prevent the occurrence of drying spots and maintain the water distribution of nozzles in a timely manner.
3. Clear the air inlet and outlet of mechanical equipment
Mechanical equipment operates outdoors for a long time and requires timely maintenance, inspection of air inlet/outlet, and removal of blockages in the air inlet/outlet network.
4. Cooling tower packing damaged
The packaging has problems such as scaling and brittleness. Generally, cooling towers that have been in use for many years may have problems with damaged packing. Rainfall such as sulfur and carbon falling into closed cooling towers can cause water quality alkalization. In a closed cooling tower, the alkaline refrigeration cycle water is continuously soaked, with a soaking rate that is more than 5 times the normal operating time. If there is heavy rainfall, it is recommended to replace the sprinkler pipe to prevent the water pan from being soaked by rain. If there is less precipitation infiltrating into the closed cooling tower, the addition of chemicals can be used to complete the sewage treatment and neutralize the water quality.
