1. Working principle of closed cooling tower
It uses the pressure generated by a circulating pump or other pressure device to transport water with high temperature, such as condenser, absorber or process equipment, to the cooling coils of the cooling tower. The circulating water enters the cooling tower, moves through the cooling tower and comes into contact with the air fluid. After entering the cooling tower, it forms a vertical downward high-speed jet of small water droplet particles through a pressure swirl nozzle device installed on the top of the tower and air duct, completing the task of increasing the surface area of water droplets.
2. The advantages of closed cooling towers
A closed cooling tower places a tubular heat exchanger inside the tower, ensuring cooling effectiveness through heat exchange between circulating air, water spray, and circulating water. Due to its closed cycle, it can effectively ensure the quality and safety of water, enabling the equipment to operate efficiently and extend its service life. When the external temperature is low, the water spray system can be stopped to achieve water-saving effect.
