Water quality is a multivariate function, cooling is a multifactorial process, and the cooling process is a comprehensive process of multiple variables and effects. Therefore, when using a cross flow closed cooling tower, the following issues should be noted.
1. The precautions for using a cross flow closed cooling tower are as follows:
1) Foreign objects on the air inlet side or around the wind body must be eliminated;
2) Ensure there is sufficient clearance between the tail of the windmill and the wind turbine to avoid damage during operation;
3) Check if the V-belt of the reducer is adjusted properly;
4) The position of the V-belt pulley must be kept at the same level;
5) After the above inspection is completed, intermittently start the switch and check if the windmill is running correctly? Is there any abnormal noise or vibration?
6) Remove the hot water tray and debris inside the tower;
7) Remove dirt and foreign objects from the hot water pan, and then fill the overflow area with water;
8) Start the circulating pump intermittently to remove air from the pipes until the pipes and cold water tank are filled with circulating water;
9) When the circulating pump is running normally, the water level in the cold water tray will slightly decrease, and at this time, the float valve must be adjusted to a certain water level;
10) Circuit system, reconfirm whether the circuit switches, fuses, and wiring specifications comply with the motor load.
