1: Insufficient flow of cooling tower

3: Motor overheating
The main reason for motor overheating is the excessive load on the motor or the mismatch between motor power and equipment operation.
Solution: Before installation and during use, it is necessary to regularly check the circuit pressure and current resistance of the cooling tower. When the current resistance through the cooling tower equipment increases instantly, it will cause the current to decrease, which will lead to motor overheating. During use, it is necessary to check the circuit. If the current is unstable, adjustments need to be made to the circuit.
