2. Check the water distribution of the sprinkler head
Closed cooling towers generally use sprinkler water distribution. If the nozzle inside the cooling tower is partially blocked or if the nozzle falls off, it will cause uneven water distribution. It is crucial for cooling towers to regularly check the water distribution of the nozzles to avoid dry spots.
3. Pay attention to replenishing water for closed cooling towers in summer
The temperature rises in summer, and the evaporation rate of sprinkler water slightly increases compared to winter. Regularly check the water tank and replenish the water volume.
4. Damaged packing material
Common problems with the packing of counter current closed cooling towers include scaling and aging. Generally, cooling towers that have been in use for many years will have the problem of damaged packing. If the packing is extensively damaged, it will affect the temperature of the spray water, resulting in a cooling effect.
