　　The cold water collection tank should maintain its water depth to avoid cavitation. The freeboard height of the collection tank is 15-30cm, and the effective volume of the tank is below. The water level of the tank should be maintained at a certain level, otherwise the replenishment valve needs to be adjusted. For cross flow cooling towers, if the operating water level is lower than the planning requirements, air baffles should be installed below the original water level to avoid air bypass.

　　The cold water tank should be cleaned irregularly to remove the accumulated silt and adhesive at the bottom of the tank, remove the debris from the falling fillers and their supports, maintain the cleanliness of the grille of the water pump suction port, and check the leakage of the collection tank from time to time. If repair is needed, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the acid, chlorine, and water quality stabilizing agent distribution equipment is operating normally.

　　The water quantity, sludge discharge, and water quality control of circulating water are closely related, and the dosage should be adjusted in a timely manner according to the requirements of the system. The hot water distribution system adheres to the cleanliness and dredging of the hot water distribution system, including regulating valves, stabilizing equipment, water supply and distribution pipes, nozzles, splashers, and regulating the water flow of each tank in the distribution pool to achieve the same water depth (between 100-150cm). If there is a significant change in the amount of circulating water entering the tower, the distribution pipes and nozzles should be adjusted accordingly.

　　Fan and its transmission equipment Fan and transmission shaft: Regularly check the appearance of the fan blades for damage or abnormal conditions. When checking the transmission shaft and coupling, maintain a horizontal straight line. Gear reducer: Regularly check the oil level and temperature inside the gear reducer, and use seasonal temporary parking to exchange oil and inspect various components.

　　Cooling tower shutdown cleaning and treatment plan process flow

　　The shutdown and cleaning process of the cooling tower is as follows: sterilization and algae cleaning - cleaning with detergent cleaning - pre membrane cleaning - cleaning after cleaning. The cleaning time for this plan is about 8 days in a shutdown state, and the descaling rate should be above 95%.

　　Cleaning steps: water cleaning - sterilization cleaning - cleaning agent descaling cleaning - cleaning after cleaning - pre film cleaning - cleaning after cleaning.

　　1. Wash with water

　　The purpose of water cleaning is to flush loose dirt such as dust, sediment, fallen algae, and corrosive substances in the system with a large flow of water as much as possible, while checking for leaks in the system. It is advisable to have a cleaning water flow rate of 0.15m/s or above, and after the cleaning is qualified, the cleaning water should be discharged from the system.

　　2. Sterilization and cleaning

　　The purpose of sterilization and cleaning is to kill microorganisms in the system, peel off the biological clay attached to the surface of the machine, and detach it. After draining the washing water, add a sterilizing algae agent to the system for washing. Stop washing when the turbidity of the system is balanced.

　　3. Scale removal and cleaning of cleaning solution

　　The purpose of cleaning with cleaning solution is to use cleaning agents to dissolve scale and oxides in the system in water and rinse it off. Add cleaning agent to the central air conditioning system and use a circulating pump to clean it. Exhaust at the highest point and discharge at the lowest point to avoid gas resistance and spray blockage, which may affect the cleaning effect. During cleaning, the concentration of the cleaning solution, metal ions (Fe2+, Fe3+, Cu2+), temperature, and pH are measured at regular intervals. The cleaning process ends when the concentration of metal ions slows down.

　　4. Rinse after cleaning

　　The purpose of this water washing is to rinse off the residual cleaning solution and impurities that have been cleaned during the cleaning process. The guiding spray should be continuously turned on to flush out the impurities and residual liquid accumulated in the short tube. Clean continuously to test the pH value, and end the cleaning when the turbidity pH value and turbidity decrease.

　　5. Pre formed film

　　The purpose of pre coating is to form a completely corrosion-resistant protective film on the metal surface, where the metal surface or protective film is activated after cleaning.

　　6. Cleaning after completion

　　The cooler evaporator should be cleaned, and after cleaning, the main cooler should be turned on. The evaporator should be opened and the cooler should be cleaned tube by tube with a dedicated pipe cleaner. The water circulation system of the cooler is exposed to the atmosphere, and due to the high heat exchange temperature, the scaling of the cooler is more severe than other places. If necessary, it should be cleaned to a separate external open circulation system of the cooler to remove scaling and ensure that each copper pipe inside the cooler is unobstructed. The evaporator should be cleaned with high-pressure water, and any impurities that settle inside the evaporator should be completely cleaned. If necessary, the evaporator should also be cleaned separately from the external circulation system.

　　The cleaning of Liangyi cooling tower, due to the exposure of the cooling tower to the atmosphere, a large amount of sediment, algae and other substances adhere to the surface of the cooling tower packing during operation. If not cleaned, these dirt will be washed into the cooler during future operation, causing blockage of the heat exchange copper tubes in the cooler and affecting the heat exchange effect. Therefore, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the cooling tower.
