Method for replacing the water spray packing of hyperbolic cooling tower
Let me introduce the method of replacing the water spray packing in hyperbolic cooling towers.
The filling material for the hyperbolic cooling tower should be assembled according to the design and installation requirements. The design length of the molded sheet is generally divided into four specifications: 1.0, 1.25, 1.5, and 2.0M, for different engineering designs to choose from. Considering the convenience of installation and maintenance, the volume of each unit assembly block should not exceed 0.5M3.
When using adhesive assembly for the filling material of the hyperbolic cooling tower, it should be carried out on a flat ground, and the ambient temperature on site should not be lower than 5 ℃. After installing a set, it is necessary to immediately press it tightly with a flat steel plate to prevent delamination due to the warping of the formed sheet itself. After the adhesive is dried and solidified, it can be moved to a flat ground and stacked at a height of no more than 2 meters to prevent long-term exposure to sunlight.
3. According to the layout of the tower, small pieces of filler should be cut in a planned manner to fill irregular gaps. The assembly blocks should be tightly packed and filled between them. The gap between the filling material and the tower wall, vertical shaft, column and beam should also be tightly filled, and the large gap should not exceed 20MM.
During installation, attention should be paid to the vertical orientation of the assembly block. The top surface of each layer should be laid flat, and the interlayer should be cleaned thoroughly without any debris blocking it.
When installation, maintenance, and other work need to be carried out on the filling material, a flat plate must be laid and direct trampling is strictly prohibited.
During the construction, assembly, and installation process, welding operations above the filler are strictly prohibited, and fire prevention measures should be taken if necessary.
During installation, a dedicated person should be assigned to be responsible, organize closely, and inspect at any time to ensure installation quality.
