　　The following is a detailed introduction to several cleaning methods of cooling tower packing. Since cooling tower packing is a vital part of cooling tower, its working efficiency depends on the level of complete contact between cooling water and air in the packing. The filler is resistant to high temperature from 50°C to 68°C, anti-aging, high performance, anti-ultraviolet light, and long service life.

　　Cleaning method of cooling tower packing (1):

　　1. Temporarily use plastic sheeting to build a kind of pool;

　　2. Add cleaning agent to clean water;

　　3. Remove the packing from the cooling tower and put it in the medicine tank for soaking;

　　4. Clean the soaked and neat filler with clean water and then install the cooling tower;

　　5. Place the cloth dipped in medicine on the water replenishing device of the cooling tower, and soak the mouth of the water replenishing device;

　　6. Use the same method to clean up the dirt on the cooling tower chassis;

　　7. Clean the packing and the inside and outside of the tower with clean water;

　　8. Repair each system, add water and then apply;

　　9. Construction period: According to specific conditions.

　　Cleaning method of cooling tower packing (two):

　　Manually clean the slag falling from the cooling tower;

　　Use a high-pressure water gun to continuously clean the filler, clean up the sludge and dirt under cleaning, etc.;

　　Dissolve the TNB safe and efficient descaling agent with warm water of about 50℃, and then use a cleaning pump to clean the packing until the dirt is clean and tidy (if the packing has a long application period, it will cause aging and collapse, it is recommended to remove and replace the packing), and add it at the same time Bactericidal and algaecide, completely eliminate microbial algae and bacteria;

　　After confirming that all the equipment is clean and tidy, drain the waste water;

　　Clean the packing and the inside and outside of the tower with clean water;

　　Repair each system, add water and then apply;

　　After everything is restored, the management personnel of Party A’s company shall accept the project;

　　Remove our belongings and clean the construction site for environmental sanitation;

　　Construction period: According to specific conditions.
