Sources of cooling tower noise

The main noise sources of cooling tower are exhaust fan noise, mechanical noise and water pouring noise generated by driving mechanism. Fan noise is a kind of aerodynamic noise, including turbulence noise and rotating noise. When the air flows through the blade surface, it will be detached at the back of the blade, and a series of vortices will be formed in the tail due to the viscosity of the air flow, resulting in turbulent noise, which has continuous spectrum characteristics. The rotating noise is produced by the pressure pulsation when the blade is rotating. Its frequency spectrum is narrow-band, low intermediate frequency and has obvious peak value. The fan noise is mainly transmitted to the outside through the air outlet at the top of the cooling tower.

In order to reduce the fan noise of cooling tower body as much as possible, the domestic coaxial multi-layer fan with ultra quiet fan is selected. The aluminum alloy blade after passivation has the characteristics of chemical corrosion resistance.
