The other series is an industrial type with medium and high water temperature drop in addition to low noise type and ultra low noise type. The cooling water volume of a single tower is respectively 300, 500, 700m3/h, and it can also be used in parallel. Its characteristic is airflow. The speed is high, the noise is slightly higher than that of the assembled tower, but lower than the countercurrent tower, and the floor space is small.
This series adopts air intake on both sides, and the fan on the top causes the air to pass through the packing on both sides of the tower to exchange mass with hot water, and the hot and humid air is discharged out of the tower. The packing adopts point wave plates with bumps on both sides. The point wave plate is bonded into a whole to improve the rigidity. Because there are bumps on both sides, it avoids the chance of direct dripping of the factory water droplets and improves the effect of forming a water film. The filler tail is equipped with water collection measures.
The fan adopts low-speed, low-dynamic pressure wing-shaped glass fiber reinforced plastic fan blades. Using polyester fiber reinforced power belt, it has low noise, high transmission efficiency, and does not slip when exposed to water. Due to the air intake from both sides, the filler is stacked directly into the water distribution tank from the bottom of the pool. Therefore, there is no dripping sound like the countercurrent tower, which is very beneficial for reducing the noise of the cooling tower. Taking into account the ease of assembly, the base of the cooling tower is placed on a bar-shaped reinforced concrete foundation. The basic dimensions in the sample are for reference only, and the forces on each base can be averaged.

Precautions for selection:
This series of cooling towers are suitable for areas where the average temperature of the coldest month is not lower than -10℃. When the temperature is too low, the icing of the pipeline and the tank should be considered. Especially in the intermittent operation in winter, the water pump directly absorbs the water in the water tank of the tower. The problem of avoiding freezing should be considered. If necessary, the water tank should be added. Heater.
The hot water temperature of this product must not exceed 65°C. If it exceeds 65℃, the water temperature requirement should be put forward when ordering, so as to consider when selecting materials. If there are flame retardant or flame retardant requirements, the production should be carried out according to the requirements of the local fire department for the oxygen index of FRP, which should be proposed by the user in advance. For the cross flow tower installed on the roof, the user is recommended to use flame retardant FRP. At present, our company has produced "flammable" FRP cooling towers according to the requirements of the fire department of various cities, and the oxygen index of FRP can reach ≥35 or ≥31 respectively.
The water inlet pipe is installed on both sides and connected to the water distribution tank. The user should install a valve at the connection point to adjust the flow rate. The water inlet pipe can be introduced from the main pipe below, or the main pipe can be placed on the tower. The pipe support should fall on the beam on the side of the cooling tower. The outlet pipe can be connected in any direction of the air inlet and connected to the outlet tank at the bottom of the tower, and not connected to the mountain in the direction of the side plate.
The water distribution hole of the water distribution tank shall be opened according to the nominal flow rate. If the actual water volume exceeds 25% of the nominal flow rate, the manufacturer shall be notified.
For the fan blades of the cooling tower, when installing and using, the rectifier should be printed, and the gap between the tip and the tower wall should be equal, not less than 10mm, the blade angle should be adjusted uniformly, and the current should not exceed the rated current of the motor, preferably 0.9 -0.93 rated current. The method of adjusting the blades should be 150mm close to the tip of the blade, mark the front and rear edges of each blade respectively, and then measure the distance between the front and rear edges of each blade by the lower chord of the bracket to calculate the distance between the front and rear edges of each blade , To calculate the height difference between the front and rear edges of the blade, through several adjustments, the height difference is the same as qualified.
