Precautions for using enclosed cooling towers in winter
(1) In order to better avoid freezing and cleaning of air conditioning copper pipes and spreading water, it is important to pay attention to the following aspects:
(2) Add non freezing liquid to the water in the closed cooling tower circulation system, or add auxiliary cold proof electric water heaters in the pipeline; It can avoid freezing and cleaning of cooling circulating water.
(3) After adding non freezing liquid to the cooling circulating water, the freezing and cleaning temperature of the closed cooling tower decreases, making it less prone to freezing and cleaning. The higher the concentration of non freezing liquid, the lower the freezing temperature, but the thermal conductivity will decrease. Therefore, attention should be paid to the selection of closed cooling towers; If there is water seepage, filling with water will dilute the non freezing liquid and increase the freezing temperature.
(4) When the circulation pump of a closed cooling tower is in operation, the cold proof electric water heater heats up and the water is not easily frozen clean. If there is a place where the circulation pump terminates, an auxiliary circulation pump must also be used, and it is proposed to use a complete set of cold arresters.
(5) The water circulation system of a closed cooling tower is designed with a 3-axis gate valve. In places where the volume of the cooling circulation water is controlled by the bypass valve pipe, increasing the total flow rate of the bypass valve pipe will reduce the flow velocity inside the air conditioning copper pipe. Even under load, freezing and cleaning may occur. Please adjust the water flow rate of the fiberglass cooling tower to a smaller circulation system.
(6) In order to better avoid freezing and cleaning of the sprinkler centrifugal water pump and sprinkler pipeline in a closed cooling tower, please use a cold proof electric water heater to maintain the temperature of the stainless steel water tank below.
