Key points to note before operating the cooling tower

　　1. During installation, please refer to the "Pipeline Installation Instructions" and select the appropriate pipeline length, number of gate valves, number of bends, links, direct pipe joints, and so on Other hose fittings should be determined based on the actual situation in the required field, and do not forget the possibility and necessity of their installation.

　　2. The connection of the circuit can refer to our company's "Motor Wiring and Drainage Instructions".

　　3. Prepare the pump start-up work in advance

　　Rotate the blades of the motor to ensure that its impeller can operate flexibly; No obstruction, poor friction or malfunction.

　　Open the inlet valve and intake valve to allow the liquid to cover the entire internal space of the pump, and then close the intake valve;

　　Add pump oil to the surface of the mechanical seal for lubrication;

　　At the moment of starting the motor, ensure that the direction of motor operation is correct;

　　Start work:

　　Fully open the inlet (or oil) valve;

　　Close the drainage valve of the pipeline;

　　Start the motor to ensure that the water pump is working properly;

　　Adjust the drainage valve to fully meet the operating conditions of the pump If a flow meter or pressure gauge is installed at the outlet of the pump, the open outlet valve should be adjusted to allow the pump to operate within the quality parameter range listed in its rate table. During this period, the current of the motor should be tested to ensure that the current setting does not exceed its power, in order to prevent overloading of the pump and burning out the motor.

　　Check the leakage of mechanical seals, which should usually be controlled to less than 3 drops per minute;

　　Check the temperature rise and fall of the motor and bearings to ensure that their temperature is ≤ 70 ℃.

　　Stop working:

　　Close the inlet and outlet valves of the pipeline;

　　Stop the motor and turn off the power;

　　If the cooling tower does not work for a long time, the water pump needs to be cleaned and kept in a good condition;

　　If the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, all the internal liquid of the pump should be discharged to prevent freezing from causing the pump to burst.

　　4. Appropriate pipeline water should be added to the tower, and then the water pump should be operated to clean the pipeline After running for several days in this way, drain the pipeline water from the first run; Add soft water or distilled water again to the entire tower, and the tower can be used normally

　　5. The water replenishment pipeline should be connected to the cooling tower water replenishment valve, and the amount of water replenishment should not be less than 2/3 of the total water volume (or determined by the automatic water replenishment valve). After operation, the spray water tank should be regularly cleaned to ensure its spraying effect.

　　Before starting the machine, please open all the valves that need to be opened, pull down the "pump on" and "fan on" buttons (the corresponding indicator lights are displayed in working state), and then check the pump's timely operation and whether the water flow is in the direction indicated by the arrow, whether the water pressure gauge is normal, and whether there are any leaks or unusual noises Then check the direction of the fan airflow, if there are any unusual vibration sounds Please resolve these identified issues immediately. If the problem exceeds your ability to handle, please contact our after-sales service department promptly.

　　7. Pull down the "pump off" and "fan mechanism" buttons, and the entire cooling tower will stop working To ensure the full safety of the electrical appliance, its air switch should be set to "off" to ensure that the power is completely cut off.

　　(Warning: Pumps are not allowed to start or operate without sufficient water flow.)

　　8. This soft water cooling system has its own temperature control device: it will automatically turn on the spray pump and fan according to customer needs (when its outlet temperature reaches its set top temperature), and it will also stop spraying water (when the outlet temperature cools down to the preset temperature).

　　9. For fan motors and pump motors, the electronic control system has an overload relay function.

　　10. Check the liquid level gauge on the water tank. If the water level is not enough, please replenish it in time.
