4. In a direct cooling system, a bypass should be installed in the cooling water circuit for the cooling water pump. When the cooling water pump is turned off, the cooling water side passes through the cooling water pump, and the circulating water power is provided by the cooling water pump. Therefore, the conversion of cooling pumps should be considered in system design.
5. In the design of direct cooling systems, attention should be paid to disinfection and filtration of cooling water to prevent end coil blockage.

Considering the specific outdoor wet bulb temperature and the cooling tower's decrease in cooling load (cooling water temperature and outdoor wet bulb temperature difference) as the size of the cooling packing increases, it can be used for cooling tower systems with multiple connected CO units. Adopting the ridge tower method to improve the cooling effect, increasing the transition temperature between the cooling tower and outdoor cooling methods, thereby increasing the cooling time.
7. Due to the fact that the cooling of the cooling tower mainly operates during the filtration season and winter, anti freezing facilities should be installed in the cooling water system in areas with lower temperatures in winter, such as side pipes and additional heaters.
Reasons and solutions for poor cooling effect of fiberglass cooling tower
1. As an essential equipment for cooling circulating water, fiberglass cooling towers have brought huge energy-saving effects to users in industrial and civilian fields, protecting water resources from waste and achieving energy-saving and emission reduction effects. However, cooling towers also have many problems, such as unsatisfactory cooling effects.

The cooling tower cannot achieve any cooling effect, etc; The main reason for the unsatisfactory cooling effect of the cooling tower is that during long-term use, due to the turbidity and high hardness of the circulating water, the packing is soaked in high-temperature water for a long time, causing scaling and blockage of the cooling tower packing. Over time, the texture of the packing is blocked, resulting in unsatisfactory cooling effect.
2. It is due to improper selection of cooling towers. Therefore, the improper selection of cooling towers is due to the lack of matching of cooling towers based on their own flow rate and inlet water temperature. 3. The sealing around the fiberglass cooling tower is too good, the ventilation type is too poor, and the air cannot circulate, resulting in poor cooling effect of the cooling tower.
