Application scope of closed cooling tower machine

Closed cooling tower all-in-one machine is mainly designed for convenient installation by users. This series of closed cooling tower integrates the main engine of closed cooling tower, circulating water pump, circulating water tank and electric control box. The user only needs to connect the inlet and outlet water pipe with the closed cooling tower. The process of installing closed cooling tower and connecting water pipe becomes very convenient. Therefore, this type of closed cooling tower is widely used in medium frequency electric furnace power supply cooling, rectifier cooling and the flow rate is not more than 60 cubic meters per hour operating conditions.

Operating principle:

This series of closed cooling tower has been integrated with the main engine, circulating pump, circulating water tank and control box. On pipe connections, take rectifier tank cooling as an example. The user will connect the softened water to the circulating water tank. The circulating water pump absorbs water from the softening tank and then pumps into the cooling tower. The softened water cooled by the cooling tower is fed into the rectifier cabinet. Then it is distributed in the rectifier cabinet to each thyristor and the rectifier electronic components. The high temperature water coming back from the rectifier tank is sent back to the circulating tank, and is pumped into the cooling tower to cool down again for the second cycle.
Electric control part, closed cooling tower control system equipped with temperature sensor. The sensor is installed in the conduit that circulates the water and the principle is simple. The sensor identifies the water temperature, and the control box sends the signal of opening or closing to the fan and spray pump of the cooling tower according to the water temperature. Of course, the user can choose frequency conversion control. The fan and the spray pump will operate with frequency conversion according to the water temperature.
