1. Before cleaning
Do a good job in the maintenance of corridors and walls, and check records: check whether the fan coil motor is operating normally, whether the unit is running abnormally, whether the filter is intact, whether the fin is damaged, the water inlet and outlet soft connection, valves, filters And heat preservation, promptly notify the above record of the above project manager in writing
2, stop
Turn off the power supply of the fan coil unit, and the fan coil unit wire is insulated to ensure that there is no leakage during the construction and the cleaning process of the construction safety.
3, clean the filter
The metal is rinsed with clean water through the wire mesh, glass and fiber filter. If there is a particularly difficult stain to stick to it, soak it with a neutral detergent solution with a warm aqueous solution concentration to completely and effectively remove the stains on the fiber. 4. Cleaning the fan

5. Cleaning the motor
