1、 Precautions for pipeline welding
1. When connecting pipelines, it is necessary to ensure that the centerline of the pipeline is straight. First, spot welding should be carried out, and then welding should be carried out after calibration to ensure that the interface is aligned and level. The slope direction and gradient of the pipeline must be executed according to the design or process requirements, and must not form a reverse slope.
2. When connecting pipelines, it is not allowed to use methods such as strong alignment or adding eccentric pads to eliminate defects such as gaps, deviations, misalignment, or concentricity on the interface end face.
3. Each weld seam should be welded continuously in one go. If it is forced to be interrupted for some reason, measures should be taken according to the welding process requirements to prevent cracks. Before welding again, it must be checked to confirm that there are no cracks before continuing welding according to the original process requirements.
4. After each weld is completed, slag and spatter should be immediately removed, and the surface of the weld should be cleaned thoroughly.
2、 Pipeline anti-corrosion
The pipeline of the evaporative condenser should be coated with two coats of anti rust primer.
3、 Technical points and inspection standards
Technical points: Ensure that the equipment is installed firmly and there is no vibration or excessive noise during operation; Ensure the welding quality of system pipelines and the slope of process pipelines in accordance with contract requirements.
